Our aim is to “use local and regional produce to deliver a wholesome, fine dining experience, without the Sydney price tag”.
Those visiting Nineteen23 can expect a regularly changing, seasonally-driven array of dishes that showcase produce from across the Blue Mountains and NSW Central Tablelands.
Nineteen23’s spacious 30-seat dining room is part of the heritage-listed Silvermere Guest House, built in 1923 which features views of the World Heritage National Park and the lights of Sydney.

Weddings and Functions
Wines and Beverages
Nineteen23 is fully licensed. We feature boutique wineries (and cider) within a 100 mile radius of the Blue Mountains. There is a matching wine menu associated with our degustation menu. These wines are also available by the glass and bottle. We also keep a range other wines by the bottle to compliment our a la carte menus. See our sample wine list.
BYO is available on Thursday, Friday and Sunday nights.
Nineteen23 is an active participant in events held in our beautiful Blue Mountains regions. These include “Gatsby’ soirees for the 1920s festival in February and Good Food Month in October. This year we are developing a special winter menu for the ‘Yulefest season’ and we will also be open on Christmas Eve and on Boxing Day with a special summer Christmas menu.
We are currently expanding our kitchen gardens recently constructing a hot house- in the coming months we hope that most of our herbs and vegetables will be sourced from there. Where possible we are sourcing our meat, fruit and other vegetables from the Blue Mountains regions.
